Life & Land is opening a new pathway for communities in Vanuatu to earn income while protecting and restoring their land.

Growing up in Uganda, Ronald Jeero longed to stay in school, but his family could rarely afford the fees. When sponsorship through Compassion opened a door, it changed far more than his education. Years later, Jeero is helping vulnerable children in New Zealand discover their own potential and know they are valued. 

Anurak shares his story of growing up in rural Thailand as an only child without a father. He found inspiration for his dream at the Compassion centre and felt blessed by his sponsor, who became like his family. The programme built a strong foundation for Anurak and gave him strength to never give up, no matter what may come in the future.
