Human trafficking is an ever-present danger for girls like Rujira growing up in poverty in Thailand. Just when things looked bleak, Tearfund’s partner stepped in to reduce her vulnerability to being trafficked.

The Trafficking in Person report was released this morning, and once again, it shows the New Zealand Government has not done enough to combat human trafficking.
