Noel Pabiona is the Country Director of Compassion Philippines where more than 70,000 children are being nurtured, educated, developed, equipped and discipled. Noel is passionate about serving the Lord by exemplifying the heart of Jesus through the work of Compassion. It is “the heart of Filipinos helping fellow Filipinos”, he says.

Tearfund’s Noel Pabiona event will draw you into first hand experiences of the life changing work of Compassion Philippines. Noel illustrates with humility, humour and conviction, the power of God at work that offers transformational hope to communities in need. With former senior leadership roles in government, multinational corporations, church fellowship and Air force, Noel offers a breadth and depth of knowledge and wisdom through his speaking.

Noel will be supported by fellow Filipino Compassion Teacher, Angelica Echivarre. Having grown up in the notorious Lorega Cemetery of Cebu City, Angelica is a living testament to the christ-centred transformation that Compassion brings to vulnerable communities in the Philippines.

If you would like to work in partnership with Tearfund to help release children from poverty in Jesus name and host a Noel Pabiona event at your church, let’s continue to the conversation. Email our National Church Engagement Manager, Kerrie Palma, here.
